Main purpose and subject of the company is as follows

1. To undertake all kinds of construction works, including nuclear energy activity facilities,
2. Construction of residential or non-residential buildings,
3. Construction of auxiliary facilities for water supply/sanitation/gas supply and to construct public facilities for the supply of electricity and telecommunications,
4. Building storage facilities for the storage of nuclear/radioactive materials and wastes,
5. To engage in activities related to the operation and decommissioning of nuclear facilities,
6. To make technical consultancy, services and engineering, architectural projects, feasibility studies and programs of all kinds of works and projects, to cooperate and establish partnerships with domestic and foreign companies and institutions in this regard when necessary, to provide consultancy and consultancy services on the same issues.
7. Providing technical consultancy services for all activities in the field of development of construction projects, engineering research, engineering design, construction project management, architectural supervision and construction,
8. Providing technical support and consultancy services on the development and control of engineering projects during the construction and modernization of nuclear facilities,
9. To manufacture nuclear facilities and their components, construction machinery and equipment, including vehicles to be used at the facilities,
10. Wholesale and retail trade, import and export of manufactured machinery/equipment,
11. Wholesale trade of waste and scrap/other machinery, tools, devices and equipment for general industrial and special purposes
12. To design and manufacture equipment for nuclear facilities and radiation sources
13. The company can realize all type of industrial, financial and legal actions and disposals and also can participate in all type of formal and private tenders and can acquire or give agency, brokering, franchise and distributorship to realize the company’s objective.
14. The company can establish a company and associate which is related to the company’s objective and can participate in entities and companies which is current or will be established. The company can acquire entities and firms which are engaged in the company’s subject by transfer. Also the company can purchase or sell, assign and dispose companies which are current or will be established as long as does not doing brokerage
15. The company can purchase, take over, provide collateral and accept assets such as; shares, bonds, perpetual bonds which are made by public corporations and private persons without related to the company’s subject for contribution of the company’s objective and as long as does not doing brokerage.
16. The company can join all kind of tenders initiated by public and private entities in domestic or abroad related to all its subjects above
17. The Company may open in Turkey or abroad agencies, representation offices, branch offices within the scope of its subject matter.
18. The company can acquire, sell, lease, allot, and unity transactions related to real estate, make promises to sell real estates, establish usufruct and easement rights or accept these rights, floor ownership; can establish, transfer the acquired real estates and facilities on them; establish all kinds of real or personal rights, especially mortgages and pledges, in favor of third parties, take mortgages and pledges and establish other real rights in favor of them, and release them. It may establish any kind of guarantee on the assets of the company without being limited to these. It can be a guarantor, accept surety.
19. The Company can make requests and applications to benefit from all kinds of incentives, support and exemptions provided by state institutions and bodies for the above-mentioned works and transactions.

The Company may add other operations to its subject matter by amendment to its articles of association under the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code.
